What better way to celebrate all the wonderful and weird things we do here at cork than with a seminar dedicated to tasting the full array of Spanish sherry. From bone dry and salty to rich, sweet and thick, Holly Wing of DeMaison Selections will engage and mesmerize you with her incredible knowledge about this region and the small, artisinal producers her company has introduced to American wine lovers.
Please join Holly on Wednesday, May 9th as she pours 7 different types of sherry including Manzanilla, Fino, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Moscatel, & Pedro Ximenez (better known as PX). These come from 5 Almacenista estates, so named for being original stock holders, an historic milestone in this tiny region. Come and find out if you prefer your sherries to be bone dry, medium, on the sweeter side, or all of the above! Space is limited and reservations are required. Call us to reserve today.

We are teaming up with our friends at Bull Run Distilling Co. on Wednesday, May 9th for a cocktail dinner featuring Bull Run spirits. if you haven’t been to a cocktail dinner before, they are a great way to explore how well crafted cocktails pair with food.
