Cork Bottleshop Tuscan Dinner

I am finally going to put my apron back on and recreate some of the dishes that garnered Assaggio honors as Restaurant of the Year back in 1996. Expect Bruschetta alla Toscana paired with a flight of Chianti Classico, a trio of pasta dishes served family style and paired with 3 Tuscan heavy-hitter red wines, and we’ll finish off with a Panforte Scurro served with housemade Gelato and a toast of Vin Santo. In keeping to the Il Palio tradition, we’ll have 10 seats at the table and each guest will be assigned a different Contrada. If your assigned Contrada wins the Palio on July 2nd, you’ll be rewarded with a $100 gift certificate at the shop, making for one delicious meal enjoyed for free! Reservations required for this first public dinner of 2012. The multi-course meal is $100/person including all food, wine & gratuity! To reserve, please send us an email at reservations@corkwineshop.com with your name, phone number and number of seats you are requesting. We will confirm by calling you to get a credit card to finalize the reservation. Preference for the limited seating given to cork club members. We require 48 hour cancellation notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
