Our seasonal dinners highlight the wisdom of food as medicine. Artfully crafted by Dr. Elise Wong, ND, LAc and Chef Abby Fammartino, these menus take shape from the ancient Chinese Five Element Theory. As one of a five-part series, this dinner will focus on the Metal element and will include a discussion with Q&A by Dr. Wong about the Chinese Five Element Theory. The duo brings to you a delectable, balanced menu for each season with a morsel of education to inspire.
