We are back in action!

I’ve returned from a 10 day trip to South America, where I spent time volunteering in an eye clinic on the Amazon River, where Columbia, Peru and Brazil all meet. Needless to say, there will soon be a menu inspired by my experience on the calendar! But first, I welcome back our weekly dinner schedule will a menu inspired by home – the beautiful, crisp Northwest.

This Thursday January 24th is our first weekly dinner of 2013!
Need I say pumpkin gnocchi with fresh arugula?
Or how about wild fish with tuscan rosemary pesto?
