FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Aviary is excited to launch a brand new Chinese Food Pop-up on May 20. The casual pop-up will take place in the front room of the restaurant, and will be first come, first served with no set times. Known for their flawless, unique preparation of Asian ingredients in favorites such as the Crispy Pig Ear with Coconut Rice, Chinese Sausage and Avocado, Aviary will prepare a menu featuring the traditional, home style Chinese comfort food that Chef Jasper Shen grew up eating. Inspired by the food his mom used to make at home, the pop-up will also include Chinese style soup dumplings, also known as xiao long bao, made to order. Aviary will not be serving their regular menu during the pop-up, instead focusing on delicious items such as Chicken Noodle Soup and Pork and Crab Xiao Long Bao.
