AVIARY, MIGRATION TAKE FLIGHT FOR APRIL BREWER’S DINNER

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Aviary and Migration Brewing, two unique Portland outposts known for their eclectic, out-of-the-box thinking, are combining for a family style food and beer pairing evening on April 24th at 7pm at the Northeast Portland restaurant.

Recently up for Food and Wine People’s Best New Chef, Sarah Pliner, and fellow chefs Jasper Shen and Kat Whitehead are preparing this delightful dinner for just 45 dollars. For just $45, guests will be privy to the delights of the trio of Aviary chefs and whimsy of the brewers from Migration, who will be on hand for the dinner to discuss their beers for the evening.

The dining menu includes delights like fluke crudo, sweet and sour monkfish and Aviary classics like four-cup chicken and crispy pig ear. The dinner will feature select brews from Migration, which boasts an array of cleverly named suds like Lupulin IPA or Clems Cream.
