Beast + Adelsheim Salud Benefit Dinner

beastHi all. We have a very special dinner coming up next Tuesday featuring limited wines from our good friends at Adelsheim. BENEFIT Salud – Whose mission is to provide much needed healthcare to Oregon’s seasonal vineyard workers and thier families!

One seating only this is a VERY rare oportunity to taste some amazing wines, specifically paried with a ONE NIGHT ONLY menu at Beast. Each year for the past 20 years, Adelsheim has created a custom Pinot Noir in support of Salud, The Oregon Pinot Noir auction. Only five cases are made available annually to the highest bidders.

This special dinner will feature library releases of Adelsheim’s exclusive Salud cuvees. Nathalie Quick, Adelsheim’s Oregon sales manager, will share with you how you can buy the Adelsheim 2010 Salud cuvee at this year’s auction on November 11 and 12.

Date: Tuesday, October 11
Time: One seating at 7:00 pm
Cost: $250 per person ($175 per dinner donated directly to salud)
