Half off ramen all day at the popular noodle shop on SW Stark

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Boxer Ramen marks its first anniversary on Saturday, November 1 and will spread the birthday cheer by offering customers half off ramen all day. The colorful ramen shop serves real-deal tonkatsu ramen in Portland hotspot Union Way and will be offering the birthday special from 12pm – 9pm.

“Our customers are just awesome! We’re incredibly grateful and this is our little way to say thank you,” said co-owner Katie Poppe. Customers can select from the four ramen options on the menu:

Tonkotsu – Shio: traditional pork broth, pork belly, soft poached egg, scallions

Spicy Red Miso: spicy pork broth, pork belly, soft poached egg, scallions

Shiitake – Shoyu: Shiitake mushroom-pork bone dashi. Shiitake mushrooms, soft poached egg, scallions

Vegetarian Curry: vegetable stock, coconut milk, yellow curry, tofu, mushrooms, corn, scallions

All ramens, normally $10 each, will be available that day for $5.

Customers can enjoy the offer on Saturday, November 1 from 12pm – 9pm at Boxer Ramen at 1025 SW Stark St. in Union Way. All other items are available for regular purchase.
