It will be held at the Heathman Restaurant & Bar on Monday, May 14th, and feature top-notch Cakebread Cellar wines paired expertly with stellar seasonal cuisine. The dinner, prepared by the Heathman’s own Culinary Director Philippe Boulot and Executive Chef Stanton, includes a range of fare, from a light Asparagus Risotto to delectable Spring Rabbit. This meal provides the perfect dining experience for food aficionados and wine enthusiasts alike. The dinner begins at 6:30pm and costs $95 per person (not including gratuity).
