Chef Gregory Gourdet’s 4th Annual Vegan Dinner

Join Chef Gregory Gourdet for his 4th annual Vegan Dinner at Departure Restaurant + Lounge on November 6th at 7 p.m. The fruits of fall shine in a feast created with the vegetables, spices and flavors that define the season. Departure is proud to partner with Groundwork Organics for this dynamic, plant based, 6-course meal where vegetables are king including dishes such as:

Mushroom and Onion Tart

Almond crust, rosemary, ginger, charred peppers

Roasted Carrots and Semi-Dried Beets

Carrot-coriander broth, pomegranate

Fried Brussel Sprouts and Sunchokes

Smoked garlic, yuzu kosho, pickled chilies, shiso

Spice Roasted Squash

Cranberry, kale juice, pumpkin butter, creamy cashew

Sweet Potato, Dried Chili and Chocolate

Pumpkin seed, ginger, cumin

Persimmon and Berry Cheese Cake

Salted plum, long pepper meringue 

Signature Asian flavors will highlight the night and specialty fall fruit and vegetables cocktails will be served. This dinner is also gluten free. Reservations for the 4th annual Vegan Dinner are required.
