Fenouil and the owners of Cote d’Or Imports are coming together to bring you a rare opportunity to try wines from Burgundy paired with Executive Chef Jake Martin’s fantastic food.
Cote d’Or Imports is a specialist in the wines and producers of Burgundy. Laurent & Carolyn Delelee have been importing great chardonnay and pinot noir – both still and sparkling wines from the Burgundy region of France to Portland for several years. L aurent is French (as the name indicates) and he and Carolyn lived in Burgundy for close to two decades, running a vineyard touring company, allowing them to work with many of the great new and older estates in the region.
This Burgundy dinner is an excellent opportunity to taste great burgundies while learning more about this fascinating region – from a Burgundian local to you at Fenouil.
