PORTLAND, Ore. (May 17, 2012) – Andina will host an all-sparkling wine dinner on Monday, May 21st at 6:30 p.m. in their award winning event space, Tupai. Chef Hank Costello’s four-course tasting menu will be paired with bubbles from the award-winning Gruet winery in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Wines to be poured include the Non-Vintage Brut Sauvage, 2007 Blanc de Blancs, 2003 Grande Reserve and the Non-Vintage Demi-Sec (to complement dessert). Gruet is arguably the best producer of sparkling wine in the U.S., and representatives from the winery will be in attendance to speak with guests and share information about their wines.
