James Beard Celebration of Superstars and Master Chefs

Tickets for the Sunday, March 20 James Beard in Oregon: A Celebration of Superstars and Master Chefs (www.jamesbeardinoregon.com) are now available atwww.ticketweb.com. The party, a fundraiser for Oregon Culinary Institute, is being held at the Multnomah Athletic Club in appreciation of the James Beard Foundation, which selected the city to announce its annual James Beard Award nominees.

The dining event will showcase the culinary creations of twenty of Oregon’s past James Beard Award winners and nominees.

The James Beard Foundation, an organization dedicated to celebrating, preserving, and nurturing America’s culinary heritage.

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for food lovers to sample signature bites from twenty of Oregon’s best chefs, all while enjoying locally produced wine, beer and spirits.

Proceeds from the dining event will support culinary education at the Oregon Culinary Institute.

Participating chefs include James Beard Foundation Award winners and nominees: Philippe Boulot, John and Caprial Pence, Cory Schreiber, Greg Higgins, Vitaly Paley, Scott Dolich, Cathy Whims, John Gorham, Jenn Louis, Andy Ricker, Naomi Pomeroy, Charlene Rollins, Gabriel Rucker, Daniel Mondok, Stephanie Pearl Kimmel, Oswaldo Bibiano, Matthew Lightner, Jack Czarnecki and Chris Israel.
