Le Pigeon & Gramercy Tavern Dinner

Gabriel, Andy, and the Le Pigeon team are very excited to invite you to join us as we welcome James Beard award winning chef Michael Anthony, chef/partner of Gramercy Tavern, to join us at Le Pigeon to cook a 5 course collaborative dinner. Michael and his team just released the Gramercy Tavern cookbook and will be in Portlalnd for a couple days as part of his book tour. The book is a great read, not only for its recipes, but for its look at the place and people that make Gramercy the seminal restaurant that it is as it nears its 20th anniversary this coming July.

Our roots with Gramercy run deep. It is where Andy got his start in the restaurant business working on weekends in the kitchen while in high school, and where he worked on and off for the next 8 years. It is where we always stop for a bite when in NY. It is where Michael and his team welcomed Gabriel to cook alongside them for a dinner this past October that brought Le Pigeon to Gramercy for one night.

The menu is still in the works, but have no doubt, this dinner is not one to miss.

The dinners will be on Monday, January 20. We will have 2 seatings. One at 5:30 and one at 8:15. The cost is $125 per person (which includes food, beverage pairings, and gratuity). Michael will be ready, pen in hand, to sign copies of the Gramercy Tavern cookbook, which will be on sale for $50. (The Le Pigeon cookbook will be available as well).
