heathmanhotelext2FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – The Heathman Restaurant and Bar will be hosting an elegant Mother’s Day brunch, buffet and tea on Sunday, May 13th, featuring seasonally inspired dishes prepared by Executive Chef Michael Stanton. The menu includes spring asparagus and shaved parmesan salad, duck confit with scrambled eggs, a hickory smoked ham carving station, as well as a dessert spread, fresh Northwest seafood, and omelets made to order. The Heathman will also be serving a special tea menu just for Mom, and a Peter Rabbit Tea for the children.
