Aviary Restaurant Is Ringing In 2014 With A Special Four-Course Dinner New Year’s Eve

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Aviary’s chef trio of Sarah Pliner, Jasper Shen, and Kat Whitehead are giving 2013 a grand send off with a special four-course menu on New Year’s Eve. During dinner service on December 31st, Aviary will showcase their signature style of combining French techniques with bold Asian flavors with dishes like Warm Artichoke Terrine with shitake mushrooms, burdock root, arugula, and salted duck egg; Roast Leg Of Lamb with zucchini tart, black olive oil, spiced apricots; and Soy Ginger Glazed Sturgeon with leeks and beluga lentils, and sea urchin butter.
