Northwest Meets Northeast Dinner at Urban Farmer

Join Urban Farmer and guest chef Jeremy Sewall for an 8-course collaborative dinner on Sunday, January 18th. After 18 years, Executive Chef Matt Christianson will cook side by side with his mentor, Jeremy Sewall, author and chef of Lark Creek Oyster Bar, Lineage and Row 34 for a showing of the best seafood from each coast.

Jeremy Sewall teamed up with author Erin Byers Murray to write The New England Kitchen: Fresh Takes on Seasonal Recipes. Recipes throughout the book highlight the best of each season and include profiles on Chef Sewall’s friends in the farming, fishing and brewing communities. Through seasonal recipes and engaging headnotes, The New England Kitchen narrates the story of Chef Sewall’s passion for each ingredient.
