Olympic Provisions Peach-Fed Pigs Butchery Class

peachy pigsDue to popular demand, join Elias Cairo and Olympic Provisions for butchery class number two: Baird Family Orchards peach-fed pigs, butchery basics and the art of making fresh sausage.

Eli Cairo and his right-hand man, Josh Graves (formerly of Fleischer’s Meats), will go over whole animal butchery with hands-on demonstrations and the basics of fresh sausage making. Attendees will leave with a well-rounded grasp of butchery basics, along with a couple choice cuts of meat and some fresh sausages. Class is limited to twenty attendees.
