Scott Paul Wines Champagne Dinner at Le Pigeon

Le Pigeon is pleased to announce a collaborative all Champagne wine dinner with Scott Paul Wine imports on Wednesday June 11th. There will be two seatings, one at 5:30 and one at 8:15. The price is $160 person, which includes food, pairings, and
gratuity.

Gabriel and the Le Pigeon kitchen will be pairing a 5 course tasting menu to compliment six wines from Scott’s selections of small, winery direct Grower Champagnes.

Scott Wright is the owner of Scott Paul Wines, produced here in the Willamette Valley, as well as being an importer of a portfolio of carefully selected Burgundy and Champagne from small grower producers. Needless to say, we can’t wait to pour for you these fantastic Champagnes. We are very excited for this dinner, as the inspiration for this collaboration began nearly a year ago when both Gabriel, Andy, and their families joined Scott , and his family, on a trip to Burgundy.
